AUDIT COMMITTEE : To periodically examine and verify the financial accounts, claims, and records of the Lodge; to examine and verify monthly bills at each stated meeting.

CHARITY COMMITTEE: The Master and both Wardens shall be a Charity Committee to relieve the distress of a worthy brother or his family.

COMMUNICATIONS COMMITTEE: To encourage Lodge participation in the community and to inform the public of the Lodge activities through newspaper, radio, and television publicity.

EDUCATION COMMITTEE: To provide Masonic Education Programs to the Lodge candidates and other members, their family and friends. To promote the Mentor Program.

EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE - is dedicated to providing strategic leadership and governance. This committee ensures effective decision-making, upholds Masonic values, oversees the implementation of lodge policies, and fosters a cohesive and motivated membership. Through their collective efforts, the Executive Committee aims to enhance the lodge's impact, promote its mission, and strengthen its community presence.

HIRAM AWARD/MASON OF THE YEAR COMMITTEE: To select the Hiram Award recipient for the Lodge. Three members should be on the committee. The committee can also plan and stage the Hiram Award program.

HISTORIAN COMMITTEE: dedicated to preserving and documenting the rich history and heritage of the Lodge. This role involves maintaining accurate records of significant events, activities, and milestones, as well as compiling and safeguarding historical documents and artifacts. By ensuring the continuity of the Lodge's legacy, the Historian helps members appreciate their shared history, fosters a sense of pride and continuity, and provides valuable insights for future generations.

LODGE OUTREACH COMMITTEE: committed to extending the Lodge's presence and influence within the community. This effort focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with local organizations, charitable groups, and the general public. Through various initiatives and events, Lodge Outreach aims to promote the values of Freemasonry, support community needs, and attract new members. By actively engaging with the community, Lodge Outreach strengthens the Lodge's reputation, enhances its impact, and fosters a spirit of service and fraternity.

MASONIC FORMATION COMMITTEE: dedicated to the continuous education and development of lodge members. This effort focuses on providing resources and opportunities for members to deepen their understanding of Masonic principles, rituals, and philosophy. Through workshops, lectures, and study sessions, Masonic Formation promotes personal growth, enhances members' knowledge and skills, and strengthens their commitment to the values of Freemasonry. By fostering a culture of lifelong learning, Masonic Formation ensures that members are well-informed, engaged, and equipped to uphold the traditions and responsibilities of the fraternity

MEMBERSHIP DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE: To plan programs where eligible men who are not Masons and their families can learn about the Fraternity. To promote the Friend-to-Friend program and locate Sojourners and encourage them to participate in the activities of the Lodge.

MEMBERSHIP RETENTION: dedicated to ensuring that our lodge remains vibrant and engaged by fostering a welcoming and supportive environment for all members. This effort focuses on maintaining strong connections with existing members, addressing their needs and concerns, and providing opportunities for active participation and personal growth. Through regular communication, meaningful activities, and recognition of member contributions, Membership Retention aims to strengthen the bond within the lodge, encourage long-term commitment, and uphold the values of brotherhood and fellowship.

REFRESHMENT COMMITTEE: dedicated to ensuring that all lodge gatherings are accompanied by enjoyable and satisfying refreshments. This committee is responsible for planning, preparing, and serving food and beverages during meetings, events, and social gatherings. By providing a welcoming and hospitable atmosphere, the Refreshment Committee enhances the overall experience for members and guests, fostering camaraderie and fellowship within the lodge.

SOCIAL EVENTS COMMITTEE: dedicated to organizing and coordinating engaging and enjoyable events for lodge members and their families. This committee is responsible for planning social gatherings, celebrations, and activities that promote fellowship, strengthen bonds, and create lasting memories. By fostering a vibrant and inclusive social calendar, the Social Events Committee enhances the sense of community within the lodge, encouraging camaraderie and participation.

SOCIAL MEDIA COMMITTEE: dedicated to enhancing lodge visibility and engagement. The committee promotes events, celebrates member achievements, shares Masonic knowledge, fosters community spirit, attracts new members, and upholds Masonic values and traditions. Monitor/Review all lodge social media platforms.

WB COREN ANDREWS MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP COMMITTEE: Description: Annual Youth Order scholarship to commemorate WB Coren's contributions to our Masonic Youth Order. (Est. 2024)

LODGE AMBASSADORS: dedicated representatives who serve as the bridge between the Lodge and the broader community. Their role involves fostering relationships with other lodges, community organizations, and potential new members. They actively promote the Lodge's events, values, and mission, ensuring a positive and welcoming image. By engaging with the community and building strong connections, Lodge s enhance the Lodge's outreach, support its growth, and uphold the spirit of fellowship and fraternity.

YOUTH ORDERS/ YOUTH SCHOLARSHIP: Description: To plan and execute programs in the promotion of our Masonic Youth: the Rainbow for Girls, Job's Daughters, and DeMolay. To acquaint the Lodge members with these orders and to encourage them to attend the youth meetings and to participate in their other activities.

ORATOR: dedicated to enriching the lodge experience through eloquent and insightful speeches. This role involves delivering inspiring addresses during meetings and special events, providing historical context, and explaining Masonic principles and traditions. By articulating the values and philosophy of Freemasonry, the Orator enhances members' understanding and appreciation of their Masonic journey. The Orator's contributions help foster a deeper sense of connection, reflection, and enlightenment within the lodge.
