JOSE MARQUEZ – Junior Steward

Jose Juan Marquez was born in Fort Hancock, Texas on March 25th of 1976. He arrived in Los Angeles, California in 1978 where he spent the majority of his childhood and teenage years. In an effort to stay away from trouble, Jose turned his attention to cars and music.

Jose became a Marine on November of 1994 and traveled to the East Coast shortly after where he meet his favorite Marine Yolanda Casas. Duty separated that young love and Jose was then stationed in Okinawa, Japan. Jose later became a Marine Combat Instructor of Water Survival where he supported several millitary and government agencies.

Jose’s End of Active Service was in 1999 where he supported several organizations in the truck and auto industry. He continued his education and continued to DJ. In 2009 he began working as a federal contractor while continuing his education. Jose completed his Masters degree in 2017 and shortly after began his journey in Masonry.

Jose still enjoys working on cars / motorcycles and Deejaying events for the lodge and non profit organizations. In September of 2023, he became a member of the Widows Sons Masonic Riding Association where he currently holds the responsibility of Road Captain. In July of 2024, Yolanda and Jose reunited and though they live in different states, they are working on building stronger ties.
