On January 4th, 2025, officers of Widows Sons Lodge 869, led by Worshipful Master Arielito Hipolito,  braved the cold weather, chilly waters and participated in Valley Wide Recreation and Park District’s 2025 Polar Plunge .

This event is geared to raise funds for the Masonic youth order and WSL 869 successfully raised $1,400 from its members and the masonic community.
On top of this, the members also donated $140.00 for the Valley Food Pantry.

Championing charity is one of Widows Sons Lodge 869’s commitment to the craft. Showing up and participating in great causes encourage the members of WSL869 to live not only for themselves, but for others.
