WB Ron Banci is an accomplished software engineer with a solid foundation in software design and development. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of the Philippines and a Master’s in Software Engineering from Brandeis University. With over 30 years of experience in the tech industry, WB Banci spent much of his career in Boston before relocating to California. There, he rekindled his passion for Freemasonry, becoming a third-generation Mason, following in the footsteps of his grandfather and father.

Initiated on August 16, 2017, WB Banci was passed to the degree of Fellowcraft on November 22, 2017, and raised to the sublime degree of Master Mason on January 18, 2018. His dedication to the craft quickly propelled him through the ranks, ultimately serving as the Master of Southwest Lodge #283 for the Masonic year 2022. A former DeMolay, WB Banci remains deeply committed to personal growth, the service of the craft, and the principles of brotherly love, relief, and truth.

Outside of his professional and Masonic life, WB Banci enjoys golfing, spending time at the shooting range, and experimenting with new culinary creations. He values the fellowship of his Masonic brothers both in and outside of the lodge.
